Suppose I have 1 Profile and 2 users are sharing the Same Profile, Now I want to Remove Some Permissions from User 1 but I don't want to Create a New Profile and Don't want to use Permission sets how do I do that ? This Question was asked in Interview

What type of permission is it. Generally it is possible with profiles and permissionsets only.
