Email boucing issue

Hi Team,

When we are sending the email from chatter feed, We are getting the below issue in production but not in UAT. As per me all email settings exactly same in two environment



Error:
>>>ClientEmail@gmail.com (Undelivered): 550-5.7.26 This mail is unauthenticated, which poses a security risk to the
550-5.7.26 sender and Gmail users, and has been blocked. The sender must
550-5.7.26 authenticate with at least one of SPF or DKIM. For this message,

Hi Suri,

Based on the description I can understand that you are facing email deliverability and to avoid the issue you need to set up SPF & DKIM in your Salesforce. Please find below for more details -

1. Please follow the steps below to create DKIM -

Also, please refer to this article for Best practices for setup DKIM -

->After creating DKIM in your Org please ask your IT/DNS admin to Publish/Add the CNAME & Alternate CNAME records in DNS.

->Once done activate the DKIM in salesforce. Go to setup > DKIM Keys > Click selector name > Activate

Hi Sai,

I have verified the DKIM settings in UAT, does not have these settings and functionality is working good in UAT.
