dashboard refresh automate

Need to auto refresh dashboard using apex or flow, everytime user needs update them manually is there a way to automate process

There is no standard feature yet to perform an Auto-Refresh on the Dashboard at this moment.  Kindly review below Idea link and vote for this feature.

Hi Harish,

To schedule refresh a dashboard, perform the following steps:
Open the dashboard from Classic.
Click on the arrow near the Refresh button. This is not available for free editions of Salesforce.
Click on Schedule Refresh.... Consider the following screenshot:

Would that refresh the lightning dashboard?
