Need to create list view for Account object

 

Need to create list view for Account object, i need to filter records based on "Account name" field.

The problem is
if 2 accounts has same name it will display all records that belong to 2 user.
How to avoid this?
it should display records belong to particular Account name.
and if 2 account names are same it should not display all records

Hi Vidya,

This is expected behavior,  if you do not want to display 2 accounts which has same name then try to filter on unique field something like account number, etc., or you can add more unique filter conditions in list view.

@Vinay No we have to do with account name only. I's there any ways?

I don't think we can restrict account name in list view.  Kindly review below Idea link and vote for this feature.
