As per https://salesforce.stackexchange.com/questions/213736/api-access-to-trailhead-data there is no Public API that you can use to fetch the data. Not sure if the apex code scenario is feasible.
I wonder what is your use case to go with the apex approach. We have Trail Tracker managed package that can fetch these details. See https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=000313171&type=1
