help on ownership change

Hi everyone,whenever account owner is changed related opportunity owner should not change please help me out

Hi,

Can you check is there any apex trigger updating the opportunity owner or not.

Usually it wont change opp owner when you change the account owner.

Hi Anusha,

As per the below article, its working as design.
  • Contacts related to the account are transferred to the new owner automatically.
  • The account owner’s open opportunities are transferred automatically.
