Autopopulate contacts accountlookupfield with account name when contact is created

I have a requirement that i want to  autopopulate contacts account lookup field when the contact is created

Is there any field check, which account should link to contact when created?

Two things
1. when the contact is created under an account, by default account lookup field of contact is auto-filled.
2. when the contact is created in the contact screen you have to manually choose the account from the standard lookup 
considering these two points, share more details on your requirement
