Import salesforce reports into Excel sheet

Hi,
I am trying to import one salesforce report from excel by following the below steps.
Open MS Excel, go to Data -> Get Data -> From online service-->From salesforce reports then its navigating to login and then to navigator

There i can only see salesforce report count as 10k and when i search my report it is not dispalying in that list.

I tried to right click on salesforce report and click on load it imported the names of the reports in that i found my report count at 12k. Could you please help me how to import my Salesforce report.

@Sai Praveen   Do we have limit of 10k reports using excel ?

Hi Ameen,

Yes I hope we have the limit as it will return only 10k records when querying.

As far as pulling data down from Salesforce is concerned, Cdata is probably your best/easiest bet. It isn't free, but it'll let you query against salesforce on demand using an ODBC connection that you configure in the data tab. I've used it for hubspot and love it.

Regarding setting up notifications, it can be as simple as setting up conditional formatting for a date column or as complicated as writing VBA to send you an email when things are due. Really just depends on what you envision as the final product. Kohl's Feedback (https://www.kohlsfeedback.org/)
