Can we add custom field to the user details page?

Hi,

I want to know whether we can add a custom formula field to the User detail/edit page?

I am talking about user page. Setup-Quick find-User-Select one user and click on edit.

once we click edit we go to one page which i have attached below.can we add custom formulae field in that?

Hi Abhishek,

Yes, you can able to create custom fields on user object and assign to the user page layout.

May i know, what is your requirement?

Formula fields are Read Only. On any object's Edit page you cannot see formula field. As the value of formula field is determined only when the record is viewed on Detail page or in SOQL or any other formula etc.
