Samir Meshram uto populate contact Info in case if the Phone number in Custom field matches any contact's phone
Hi Everyone,
can anyone suggest trigger which will be on case object to auto populate a contact Name in Case object.
While creating new case if user entered Phone number in custom Phone field named 'IB-Caller-Id', and that phone number matches with any of the Contact's Phone number.

If it does not match any contact, then in that scenario what you want to be updated ? Kindly provide this information, i will try to build the trigger for you.
