Is it possible to have a list of contacts from an account as a picklist value in an object?

Is it possible to have a list of contacts from an account as a picklist value in an object populated automatically once any new contact is added?

 Hi Satya Kumari 11,
Yes, It is possible. Please refer the Image below. Ceate contact lookup on object  and use Vlookup ,So it shows account related contacts.
To populate latest created contact use trigge or flow builder.
