Need Soql and Map Querry

1. Wite an soql to find duplicate contact where ContactLastName= ContactFirstName.
2. Using Map collection, If one field on Account Object is modified,.it should be automatically update same field on Contact.(Note:- We should not use trigger.By using Map we should perform the operation).

When user tries to create new contact same name, you should alert user to not create ?

If yes then you need to use the trigger.

Where you use map collection? you have to use this map collection either trigger or apex class(this should call from trigger or VF page/Aura/LWC).
