Not able to see classic email templates
Hi,
All of a sudden I am not able to see classic email templates in both classic and lightning in sandbox. Anybody know the reason for this? Could someone provide solution for this if faced earlier.

Can you try to update the value of "PermissionsEmailTemplateManagement" to true using Workbench on the affected user profile.
>> Log in to Workbench (https://workbench.developerforce.com/) as system admin.
>>Navigate to SOQL queries and use the below query to pull the Id of the profile
SELECT Id,PermissionsEmailTemplateManagement FROM Profile WHERE Id = '00e3N000000SwbW'. //Replace Id with appropriate profile Id
Click on Id and then on Update to change the "PermissionsEmailTemplateManagement" to true
4. Confirm Update. This should expose the Email templates

But "PermissionsEmailTemplateManagement" is already set to true and still I can't see the templates
It states you need to log a case with Salesforce to resolve.
