Rachel Linder 20 Error: SendEmail Failed. "whatid is not available for sending emails to userids"
We deployed a new advanced approvals process on the MEvent Object. When doing smoke testing in production we are receiving the following erorr:
We are trying to determine what is causing the failure when everything worked fine in the Sandbox prior to deployment. I ran a debug log as well (see attached document).
Is there any help anyone can provide in troubleshooting this error?
