hi,
When a recipient replies to an email, then the contact is removed from the workflow,
can anybody give me any suggestion regarding this workflow rule?

Hi Jishan,

When you say removed, should contact be deleted?  If yes you cannot do this using workflow and you would need to implement custom solution.
