Emails sent from Salesforce are classified as spoofing or SPAM messages because Salesforce's email server is used to send messages to your domain address. Classification may be based on the outbound email settings as well as strength of the recipient's spam email settings.

1. Outbound email settings on Salesforce
Outbound emails settings are configured using the Deliverability Setting Definition menu on Salesforce. Check the setting by navigating to:
Login user name | Settings | Admin Setup | Email Administration | Send Or Settings | Admin | Email Administration | Send

2. DNS settings on your domain DNS settings on your domain includes creating an SPF record and DKIM key for the domain.
The SPF record is one of records the domain owner configures for each DNS zone and used to check if a message which insists that it comes from a certain domain conforms to the policy described for that domain. Sender Policy Framework (SPF)
Using the DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) key allows Salesforce to sign outbound emails on behalf of your organization. With this signature, the recipient can confirm that messages have been processed as emails from your company.

3. Settings of your email server Settings of the email server include an email relay. It sends emails from Salesforce via your company's email server.
