Global search issue - Help

Hi

On global search I am unable to see relevant records when I search any particular record. Can modify it to show relevant record or is it a standard default functionality?

Hi In my old Salesforce org When I search an account it used to show relevant account, contact, leads and opportunities. I have migrated to new org and now when I search an account on nee org it is not showing me relevant account contact, leads and opportunities. How to enable this? Is there any way this could be fixed?
