Recently I have moved to new salesforce org. In that new org, the report page is different. I want the report page to be like the old org. Have attached the old org report page ui pic below,

Can you provide more details like what was the old org version (Release) of salesforce and the version (Release) of salesforce in which you see different UI.
Also Can you confirm if you are accessing the reports tab same in both the orgs and check if there is any custom tab.

Take the instance number from company informarion section and search in the below link which shows the version of org.

This is old org. This page comes when I click New Report button. As you can see the difference in UI in both org. How can I edit my new org like this?
The one which you shared is neworg and it is expected to be as above in all salesforce lightning if you are using standard reports. I dont see any difference except the recently used ones.
As old org you are using from long time you get recenlty used ones and new org you have not created any report so it is showing like wise and it is expecetd behaviour and you may not channge it.
