Does the owner become the case owner if someone attaches a file?

 Does the owner become the case owner if someone attaches a file?

Answer is No if someone attaches file on case cannot become owner unless you make changes or have a logic in place.

No, you don't become a Case Owner if you attach a file. If it is happening in your org, then it would be based on some automation logic that you will need to check.

Vice-a-versa, only the Owner of a case has full access to Files, like Deleting a File can only be done by Owner of a case
