I have all object permissions and owd sharing setting is public read/write. But still not able to see other records

Hi, I created a custom profile and I have given all custom object permissions (Read,    Create,    Edit,    Delete, View All, Delete All) to that profile and OWD Sharing setting for that custom object is public read/write. But still the profile users are not able to see others records. Same is happening with System Administrator profile as well

Do this 
  1. recalculates sharing for all records on an object
  2. check is there any filters on the list view which is not showing the data 
  3. USE SOQL query to see you are getting the record in query

Hi,
Thanks for responding.
I tried #1 - recalculating sharing on the custom object several times
#2- filters icon is greyed out and says "Filters are not available for this list view"
#3 - The SOQL query returns all records for that object

I tried all this and the issue still exists

I resolved it. The list view by default showed "Recently viewed". I changed to All and now i am able to see everything. Thanks for the help
