Unable to load past activities

hi, i am a system admin and this is showing up when i try to load more activities on my google chrome webUser-added image.

Have you tried cleaning out the cache? Also, chech in you user settings if mobile checkbox is activated.

Yes my user has the checkbox activated and i just tried cleaning the cache but it's still not working.
