Disable email administration access

Hi there - Can you please let me know how to to restrict the Email Administration drop down under Administer.

Hi Nagendra,
You can use Admin Setup -> Email Administration -> Deliverability to disable All Email during your upload.  Don't forget to re-enable when you're done.
