Sharepoint 2016 On Prem Integration

We have a client we need to setup a Sharepoint 2016 on premise integration.  All documentation we can find are referring to Sharepoint Online which this is not.  Has anyone successfully done this?

We need the ability to add a document at the record level and have it stored in Sharepoint and then be able to retrieve that document from within the record.

Please note we have read everything that points to AZURE and ACS and Sharepoint online and none of those are helpful with what we are trying to accomplish.

Hi Farouk,

Greetings to you!

Salesforce no longer sells the permission set license "Files Connect for on-premises external data sources" to allow the connection between Salesforce and on-premise installations of SharePoint.
