How to get a status of live agent's status online / Offline ?

Dear's,

I would like to capture the lead from live agent chat, Now i am capturing the leads as well. But i would like to capture Offline lead also. So i wan't to capture a lead when a agent is in Offline.

Can anyone please suggest me , How can i capture a lead available status in live chat ?
