Hi Sandrine,

To check your Production Org's winter release version and date, please follow below steps-

1. To find the version you will first need to find the 'Instance' or 'MyDomain'    for your org. Log in to the org or environment where you would like to identify the release version.
For example - for my org, it is - 'ap15' you can find it in your login URL.
    https://ap15.salesforce.com/.......

2. If you have your org's 'My Domain'or 'Instance' you can manually navigate to your org's instance page using the following steps:

    Navigate to the Trust site-
    https://trust.salesforce.com/en/

Click the Status button next to status.salesforce.com
Paste your copied value into Search Instance, Domain or MID
Click the magnifying glass icon to perform the search
Click into the corresponding result located under 'My Domains' or 'Instances'

The 'Instance Details' section on the right-hand side of the resulting page will contain the exact release version your org's instance is currently running.

Here is also 3 view options
CURRENT STATUS
HISTORY
MAINTENANCES

In the 'Maintenance' option you get the release date of your org.

I'm not sure if this is what you're asking, but if you go to status.salesforce.com and put your server info, you can click on maintenance and it'll show you the releases.
