I have multiple tab in lightning page , so i want to all tab record id in to my Lightning Flow

I have multiple tab in lightning page , so i want to all tab record id in to my Lightning Flow.

My First Tab Case from  Case to open Sub tab contact details page.

From Contact detail page am launching the flow with the help of guided action .

So now i want case id in my flow .

Please help me to achive this scenario.
