Advanced Apex specialist challenge step 1 :Ensure the STANDARD_PRICEBOOK_ID constant returns the expected value.

I have declared the STANDARD_PRICEBOOK_ID as static final, still getting this error. Need help

I would doublecheck that you are using the correct ID and also look in the Debug Logs to see if I find some useful information about why it is failing.
Another test is to see if you ate able to access it from the Anon Exec window, just to make sure the scopes are valid for your constants class.
