Write a trigger to populate a text field on account, this field will have concatenation of string concatenation will be done for fields mentioned in custom settings

Concatenate 2 or more fields listed in custom settings and store it in a text field on Account,
Trigger has to fire when the API name of the field is mentioned in the custom settings.
