How can I add scrolling news to an account

I need guidance in creating an app, installing an app or something that allows for a scrolling news feed relating to the account.

Greetings to you!

Follow the below steps:
1. Make sure you’ve allowed the network access needed for News to work.
2. From Setup, enter Account Settings in the Quick Find box, then select Account Settings.
3. Select Enable News.
4. Make sure the News component is on your page layouts.
