Hope that your day is off to an amazing start. One usually gets this error when there is some conflicting configuration on the trailhead playground/DE org that they're using for the trailhead challenge. You can resolve this by doing one of the following methods with the top method being recommended. Hope this helps and may God bless you abundantly.
- Create a new trailhead playground and complete the requirements in that org.
- Look through the org and disable/delete any configurations that may be causing the issue.
