Hi Surabhi,

I have gone through your issue. This is a very known issue and has been faced by a lot of people. 
Even cases have also been raised to solve this as you can see in below link -

Though if you need just to complete your badge please use the workaround.
Delete all the components from the dashboard and save it with a proper name. Then re-check the challenge.
