Create new Case Comments on support case

Im trying to figure out if there is a way create new case comments from email to case Thread ID.   I want this to work like salesforce cases work. When a salesforce agent sends me an email and I reply to the email the support case updates with my comments. Is there a way to do this?

What is the content of case comments I mean from where Your getting content of case comments if from email subject or email body you can achieve this using trigger on email message object. We have relationship field on emailmessageto case called paretid. Using parent id insert the case comments under this parent id.
If you're not taking content of case comments from email. Tell me how your plan to case comments content.

Thank you for helping. Yes we are taking content from the body of the email. I'm just sure how to create a trigger for this request.  Do you have a code samples?
