Opening Device Camera (Laptop/Surface Pro) From Lightning Component with version greater= 40

Hi All,

We need to open device camera (Laptop/Surface Pro) from lightning component. Currently we can do this using  navigator.mediaDevices.getUserMedia but it's not working when locker service is ON i.e component with verison >= 40. It works for lightning components below version 40.

Is there any other work around for this?

Any help will be appreciated..Thanks!
