Knowledge Custom Report type multiple results of same search term?

I have a Knowledge Searching custom report type to see what search terms users are searching. However, I am confused because I am getting multiple rows for the same search term. This is making it a tad tedious to keep a count of each specific search term being searched. Any idea why this could be happening and how to fix it?

edit- this doesn't only happen for the search term 'internal' I see it happening for multiple other terms
