Service cloud specialist super badge challenge 6 issue

Hi All,

I am facing some issue to complete the step 6 (Build case and agent automation) of 'Service cloud specialist' super badge. Everything is well configured in the system and I am also getting the mails from Salesforce for the same. Please find the screenshots. I am not sure what I am missing here.

The error I am getting on checking this challenge is - "Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:
We can't find the 'Send Email' macro. Ensure the Macro sends an email to the customer."

Request you to help me to resolve this issue.

I have gone all the discussions going on on the developer groups for this error. But still I did not find anything with this. Please help where I am missing.

Hi all.
I'm facing the same issue and its impossible to complete superbadge. I try find the solution but I saw only peoples have the same...Salesforce support didin't reply

@ Leandro - Please check if naming conventions are same.

In my case, the issue was due to the API Name of the Case Action - Send Email, which was not set as the default one. So check if naming conventions are same.
