Greetings of the Day!!!
ZREF is correct about the Schema Builder. to unserstand the relationship between an objet we can check the schema bulder.
For your understand of relationship between Opportunity and Quote is Master-Detail as Single Opportunity can have multiple Quote and Opportunity is Master.
Business Example: There is a Organization(Account Object in SF) by which we can have a business(Opportunity in SF) of xxxx $ for Laptops.
In the above example quotes will be raised in terms of Invoice and they can be multiple but only once can ne synced with the opportunity.
