The error "We can't find a filter on Account Name" on step 3 isn't related to your dataflow or dataset, it indicates a problem with the lens "Top 5 Agencies", because when applying steps 5 & 6 to create the lens you are applying a filter on Account Name to select only the 5 top agencies. And since Trailhead is using the Lens History feature to verify that you created the lens correctly, you need to follow the exact same order as indicated in the challenge. Removing the created lens and creating a new one while respecting the steps will probably solve your problem, otherwise you need to create a new Trailhead Org and try again.
