Closed Status not showing up in Cases

Can anyone shed some light on this issue?  We noticed that Closed was not showing up as a case status anymore on our cases.  I have checked the field and all the values are there.  I also checked the support processes's and all of them have the status Closed in the available column.  Not sure what I am missing, but it is extremely frustrating as our support agents can't close cases.

Hi Mathew,

Please check the Support Settings. In Support setting Show Closed Statuses in Case Status Field have to enabled.

Setup > Case > Support Settings > Show Closed Statuses in Case Status Field

I also was wondering if it is best practice to migrate to the close quick action.  If so where do I create that?  I was looking in setup and it was not intuitive.
