SSL error: Untrusted certificate authority : Salesforce Mobile App unable to connect to customer org

Hi
When I open mobile apps Salesforce on my mobile device, I obtain a screen to log on. I click on "Use a custom domain", I type the name of my domain, I obtain a screen with my SSO (single sign on). When I click on the SSO to log on, I obtain a white screen. Message from the bottom of the screen : "SSL error: Untrusted certificate authority".

How I can fin a solution ?

Hi Bruno,

From my understanding, it looks like you guys are hitting an "untrusted certificate authority" exception when logging into the Salesforce Mobile App using your SSO implementation. Does that sound about right?

If so, I believe you'll just need to ensure that you guys have properly installed the complete certificate chain within your domain.

For more information about potentially merging a complete certificate chain for your domain, please see the following article from our Knowledge Base:

For more information about certificate errors more generally, please see the following article also from our Knowledge Base:

Lastly, if you'd like to validate your current SSL configuration, please consider using DigiCert's own SSL Certificate Checker. Here's a link:

Kindly let me know if it helps you and close your query by marking it as solved so that it can help others in the future. It will help to keep this community clean.

Hi Bruno GASPAROTTO,

I found the same error as your. Do you find any solution to solve this error?

I fixed this issue with our app by adding the URL of the site that is using the certificate to the CSP Trusted Sites under Setup>Security.  It fixed the issue immediately.
