Autofill predictive text in live agent
Hi All,
Our Customer Service Support is using Live Agent every day.
My question is: is it possible to configurate a predictive text autofill in Live Agent (Chats).
For exemple: I type "further" in the chats and Live Agent gives me several predictive phrases to select, as for exemple: "Do you have any further questions?", "Do you need my further assistance?", and so on.
Is it possible to integrate it or configure it in Salesforce Lightining?

With quick text, you can insert predefined messages, like greetings, answers to common questions, and short notes. You can insert quick text in emails, chats, events, tasks, Knowledge articles, and more.
