Not able to download http://bit.ly//ApexWorkbookPackage1_4

Hi,
I am planning to learn Apex coding and one of the instructions asked me to download http://bit.ly//ApexWorkbookPackage1_4 but not able to Install. Can anyone please help me. Just created a new  Dev org.

Looks like the package with Id 04td00000001Jb7 is not available as it gives "Package Not Found" error message. The requested package doesn't yet exist or has been deleted.Please reach out to the package provider for assistance.
