Create and Test Our Scratch Org - Unable to create a scratch org for the challenge

I have created and authorized my developer edition as well as linked it to my playgound. When typing "cat config/project-scratch-def.json" into the CLI I get " config/project-scratch-def.json: No such file or directory" If I continue to the next step and type: "sfdx force:org:create -s -f config/project-scratch-def.json -a dreamhouse-org". Error received: "ERROR running force:org:create:  ENOENT: no such file or directory, open 'config/project-scratch-def.json'"
