Hi Rakesh,

Data storage allocated for your organization has been exceeded. You have to delete records and free up some space or purchase additional space. You can see your available data storage by navigating into Setup > System Overview. And you can monitor your usage by navigating into Setup > Administration Setup > Data Management > Storage Usage.

You have 2 options.

1. Delete unused data.
2. Purchase additional space.

Hi Rakesh,

There are only two ways to handle this situation. Either you have to manage and delete increased storage from your org to bring it back within storage limit of your organization or increase storage limit of your organization.
