Live agent Settings is not displaying in setup
I am wondering what should I do to see the Live agent Settings in setup.
I have a devloper edition creted after 2012 and this setup is not displaying even in classic.

"Chat" is the New Name for Live Agent after Summer'19 release.

To enable Chat,
1. From Setup, enter Chat Settings in the Quick Find box, then select Chat Settings.
2. Select Enable Chat.
3. Click Save.

I have - Organization EditionEnterprise Edition
User Licenses - Salesforce Active
Feature Licenses - Service Cloud User Active
but I dont have - From Setup, enter Chat Settings in the Quick Find box, then select Chat Settings.
Also, I don`t have Chat with Customers in Service setup.
Do I miss something?

In order to view Chat Settings, you would need CHAT USER LICENSES.
You need to reach out to the Account Executives/Manager to acquire those licenses.
