Hi all,
I need to capture feedback with emoji's on the account page for the salesforce One app. when I click that emoji response should be stored in a custom object related to account
I need to capture feedback with emoji's on the account page for the salesforce One app. when I click that emoji response should be stored in a custom object related to account
There could be multiple ways to achieve this scenario however, one possibility I could think of is to have a button that would redirect to a vfpage/ lightning componennt where the person could give feedback by chicking the buttons and it they want you can also have a text area to give aditional notes.
