Process Automation Specialist step 4

Hi everybody,

I'm stuck in the step 4 pf thec ahllange with this erro message and i' dont know how to solve this.
This image is not available because: You don’t have the privileges to see it, or it has been removed from the system

When i go to my email, the message i've received is :
