Data Integration Rules Missing in Org

We have a new enterprose edition and when I go to the Data Integration Rules in Setup, I do not see any rules lole the Geocodes for Account Billing Addressm Geocodes for Account Shipping Address etc. What do I need to enable that?

Hi Shweta,
The problem is I do not see the rule itself to activate it. Not sure why the rule is not there out of  box.
