standard edit button not available under salesforce lightning & Quick Actions in Enhanced Page Layout editor

I am unable to find Standard 'Edit' button under Salesforce lightning & Quick Actions in enhanced page layout editor.

HI Vikas,

You should be able to see the edit button in Lightning Experience too(SETUP> OBJECT MANAGER >Account>PageLayout) The "edit" in my case is greyed out as it is already added.

Can you confirm if you are able to see the Edit in classic?
