Email not receiving suddenly but it was working properly in workflow and approval process

The scenario is,
I need to send email alerts to Sales Director in the org [ in this case, it is my mail id] whenever opportunity stage update takes place and
In Approval process, mail has to be sent requesting approval.

For email alert on stage updates, I used workflow.
My workflow and Approval Process were working properly but suddenly I'm not getting email today??

I donno why suddenly it is not working?

Could anyone  help to figure this out..

Thanks in advance

Hi Soundhariyaa,

Have you tried checking by setting the debug logs with debug level for workflows set to finest so that you see where the flow is breaking and also can you try checking the limits once.

Hi Anutej,

User-added image
This is the debug log.
But I don't get anything from this.

And also is there any limits on number of mails that can be sent?

So, now what should I do to get emails if it had reached the limit?

So after every 24 hours time span the email alert limit gets reset, you can check once if the issue is occuring due to this by performing similar operation after 24 hours

In the above link as mentioned "The allocation restriction is based on activity in the 24-hour period starting and ending at midnight GMT."
