Hi Rana,

Looking at your screenshot, I see Enable Multiple Config is not enabled hence there can be only one SIngle Sign on setting. Your org seems to be a very old org

There are some considerations before enabling multiple config (You can enable this yourself using 'Enable Multiple Config' button) and I recommend you review the following

https://salesforce.stackexchange.com/questions/230423/sso-enable-multiple-configs-considerations

https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=sso_saml.htm&type=5

Please engage support if you have any specific questions

I hope the above information is helpful. If it does, please mark it as solved so that it can help others in the future

Thanks,
Anudeep

Hi Rana,

What edition is your org on?

As per https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=sso_saml_detail.htm&type=5

Federated Authentication is available in: All Editions

Delegated Authentication is available in: Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, Developer, and Database.com Editions

You should see a screen like this. If you don't, please contact Support/Account Team
